CORE: Max out Movement speed 50/50, then dump everything into Dexterity.
OFFENSE: After you max out cooldown reduction, keep your crit chance and crit hit at a 1 to 10 ratio. Every 1 crit chance, assign 10 points to crit damage.

Build guide

Wear diamond gems on your helm, chest, and legs.
Wear an Emerald gem (130% critical hit) on your weapon.

Rapid Fire (Bombardment): This is the grenade rune which synergizes with the gear and skill choices.

Rain of Vengeance (Flying Strike): not a significant source of damage, but crowd controls enemies. Keep up Rain of Vengeance continuously to always be under the effect of Natalya's 6-piece buff (After casting Rain of Vengeance, deal 14000% increased damage and take 60% reduced damage for 10 sec.)

Vengeance (Dark Heart): provides extra damage reduction from enemies.

Vault (Tumble): Mobility to escape or to progress further into the Greater Rift. The Rune gives you two vaults for the price of one. Ideally, you should Vault, walk about 5 seconds, then vault again.

Smoke Screen (Vanishing Powder: This will activate the elusive ring's buff (in your Kanai's Cube) -- The Elusive Ring buff: After casting Shadow Power, Smoke Screen, or Vault, take 50% reduced damage for 8 sec.

Caltrops (Bait The Trap): While you remain stationary, dish out caltrops for extra damage.

PASSIVES

Grenadier increases grenade damage; Ambush increases your damage by 40% to enemies above 75% health; Cull of the Weak increases damage against Slowed or Chilled enemies by 20% (which gets triggered by Rain of Vengeance's Flying Strike rune; and Caltrops' Bait the Trap); and Leech gives you 18507 Life per Hit, and the heal amount is increased by 75% of your Life per Kill.

PANTS: If you want more toughness go with Diamond gems. If you want more damage go with Emerald gems.
